SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders from our studio in Florida Monday through Friday.
Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-4 business day - SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY.
Please allow 2-3 additional business days for processing of engraved and / or personalized items. Details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails
You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
U.S. orders
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. It typically takes up to 10-14 business days* for jewelry to reach its destination in the United States. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. Upgraded shipping (3-5 business days) is available at extra cost.
Orders to Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Canada over $75. Please note: Duty / customs / sales tax to all Canadian orders may apply. Standard shipping may take up to 21 business days. NO shipping to Canadian PO boxes. Upgraded shipping (3-5 business days) is available at extra cost.

International shipping
We ship to select additional countries. Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars and are exclusive of shipping and relevant taxes. At checkout, you will see the applicable rates for your country. We are not responsible for additional import charges.
